Our Consultant on Call is for individuals or teams of 5-7 people who need a strategy expert to support the critical thinking and analysis of a specific problem of practice. 60 minute segments are used to support the development of one big idea, dissect the practice, discuss strategy, and create an action plan of solution methods.
